You may be eligible for services or programs available to provide medical, economical or medication help through our Community Resources Department.

Jane Swanson works to meet all the needs of her clients and the Community Resource services are free to the public.

In recent years many changes have occurred in the programs:

Certain assets are not counted
Eligibility for farmers and self employed (expenses and depreciation are considered)
Income guidelines as high as $3400/month for a family of 4

Work with you to get the care you need
Walk you through program guidelines and forms
Follow up with various agencies on your behalf
