History
The first 6 apartment
unit of the Senior Living Facility was completed in the fall of
1989.
There are 2 two
bedroom apartments which have approximately 600 square feet and
4 one bedroom apartments with approximately 500 square feet.
The additional
10 units, consisting of 8 one bedroom apartments approximately 530
square feet and 2 two bedroom apartments approximately 650 square
feet were completed in September of 1994.
Two of these one
bedroom apartments are handicap accessible.
All units are furnished
with window treatments. Your responsibilities are telephone, monthly
cable TV subscription (if desired), and apartment furnishings.
Facts to Consider
- All utilities,
except monthly telephone and cable TV are included in the rent.
- Noon meal is
served 7 days per week (optional).
- 24 Hour emergency
call system.
- Free laundry

for garbage from inside location

The facility is
completely owned and operated by St. Aloisius Medical Center and
is not government subsidized.
