Description
SCREENER PART TIME Hours vary, no weekends. Take temperatures, ask questions to anyone who enters along with light cleaning and other duties.  
SWITCHBOARD PART TIME 3pm – 11pm, every other weekend, and rotating holidays. Duties include but are not limited to; registering patients, answering phones, computer data entry, faxing, scanning, and other clerical tasks. Typing and computer skills necessary.
C.M.A- CLINIC
FULL TIME
Is responsible for flow of patient care and assist provider(s) with patient care. Must be available for rotating Saturdays. This is a benefit eligible position.
NIGHT NURSE- LTC
PRN/ EVERY OTHER WEEKEND
Responsible for the day-to-day care of residents. Current nursing license required.
HOUSKEEPER
FULL TIME
Hours will vary. M-F and occasional weekend. Responsible for cleaning and servicing assigned areas. Benefits include PTO, health insurance, 401(k), and reduced on-site daycare.
REGISTERED HEALTH INFORMATION TECHNICIAN SUPERVISOR
FULL TIME
Two + years supervisory experience is preferred.  Tasks include ICD-10 coding and CPT coding.  Benefits include PTO, health insurance, dental, vision, 401k, and reduced on-site daycare.
WARD CLERK – MED SURG
PART TIME  Follow up appointments, collecting patient data, answering phones, scanning/faxing, Maintaining filling system, and medical records, sending reports to physicians or patients. Assisting in patient care. Must be a C.N.A or Registered Nurse Assistant. Medical Terminology, typing, and computer skills necessary.
C.N.A – ACTIVITIES
Full Time
Full Time, occasional weekends and holidays. Will be responsible to lead, assist, and encourage residents with scheduled activities. Must have state certification. This is a benefit eligible position.
RN/CHARGE NURSE MEDICAL SURGICAL FLOOR  Full Time 32-40 HRS/Week. Rotating Holiday’s and weekends.  ER experience and ACLS required. PALS and TNCC preferred, would have 6 months to obtain.  *Sign on bonus available*
CNA – LONG TERM CARE & MED SURG Full Time & Part Time Days/Evenings/Night shifts available. Rotating weekends and holidays. Duties include but are not limited to; answering call lights, provide personal care to residents, serve food, transfers of residents, and follow care plans. Must have state certification. This is a benefit eligible position. On site daycare and sign on bonus.
RADIOLOGIC TECHNOLOGIST Full Time Current licensure required. Must be available for rotating week day/weekend and holiday call. This is a benefit eligible position.

HEALTH INSURANCE

Employees working 60 hours or more in a 2-week pay period are eligible for health insurance. Please see your Human Resources Specialist regarding plan benefits and enrollment criteria.

HEALTH SAVINGS ACCOUNT (HSA)

St. Aloisius Medical Center provides a high deductible health care plan with an HSA. Please see your Human Resources Specialist regarding plan benefits and enrollment criteria.

FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNTS

If you do not have an HSA, you might consider a Flexible Spending Account, which provides you with the opportunity through payroll deduction to set aside a portion of what would have been taxable income and deposit the money into a Personal Reimbursement Account.

RETIREMENT AND THE 401(K) SAVINGS PLAN

A 3% contribution is provided by St. Aloisius Medical Center at no cost to the employee. The 3% contribution is based on an employee’s gross earnings after one year of service. To meet eligibility requirements, employees must complete 1,000 hours of service within a 12-month period, and the employee must be 21 years of age.

SHORT TERM DISABILITY PROGRAM

A serious medical condition can result in the loss of income that is important to you. The disability plans administered by St. Aloisius Medical Center  will help to provide protection during such an event.

SERVICE AWARDS

In recognition of service to St. Aloisius Medical Center, you will receive recognition after the following continuous years of service: 5, 10, 15, 20, etc. Each milestone in your service at St. Aloisius Medical Center will be recognized by your facility.
